The service aims that the youth would work and improve their economic statuses and competence via learning a profession or developing craft skills.
Service Mission
Providing vocational training of the highest level for the youth, besides, providing a suitable accommodation and spiritual environment to contribute to the graduation of a spiritual, well trained, young person prepared for the labour market.

Youth aged 18 to 35 years old
Service Description
With the speedy development of the job market with its need for technicians with special skills, and the huge number of youth needing a mentor to start their careers, the service partnered with well known institutions in Cairo, to train our youth on more than 18 different professions and craft skills to reach highest levels of competence and to prepare a trained person aware of the latest skills for the market, in addition to helping him find the suitable job opportunities.
The service is based on the following main aspects:
- A variety of professions to enable each trainee to personally choose the field which he wants to work at.
- Offering the trainee good practical and theoretical training so he can find a suitable job opportunity.
- Spiritual development for trainee throughout his stay.
- Ensuring that the trainee has found a job after finishing his training.
متوفر ورش متنقلة بالإيبارشيات في الحرف الاتية :
- تنوع الحرف لكى يستطيع المتدرب بنفسه إختيار المجال الذى يريد أن يعمل به (على سبيل المثال تدريب لحام بأنواعه المختلفة، تبريد وتكييف، صيانة غسالات، تركيبات كهربائية (سلسيون)، لوحات كنترول، خراطة معادن، CNC، ميكانيكا سيارات، حقن الكتروني.. إلخ).
- توفير مكان للإقامة ذو مستوي رفيع للمتدربين من خارج القاهرة الكبري.
- تهتم الخدمة في فترة الإقامة بالنواحي الروحية (الصلاة الجماعية، قراءة الكتاب المقدس، حضور قداس أسبوعى).
- المساعدة فى حصول المتدرب على وظيفة بعد إنتهاء التدريب.

Scholarship Conditions:
- Youth from 18 till 35 year old age.
- Mastering both reading and writing of the Arabic language.
- A recommendation letter from father of confession.
- Passing a personal interview in Cairo.
- Required documents (recommendation letter, ID copy, 2 personal photos, qualification copy, military service status copy if applicable).
- Available free accommodation for expatriates from outside Cairo

Available accommodation for trainees coming from other cities to Great Cairo for the Vocational training service:
A high standard accommodation at Bahateim, beside the El- Tareq El Daire, Shoubra El- Keima.
- A bed and wardrobe for each trainee
- A communal kitchen offering three fresh meals
- A gym
- A computer hall for assisting with learning other activities
The service emphasizes on the spiritual aspects during their stay, like for example:
- Daily appointed time for group prayers and biblical reading
- Attending a mass weekly
- Periodical attendance of a priest for confessions and organizing a regular youth meeting.
